Ashburnham Community Church
9 Chapel Street, Ashburnham, MA

Located in Ashburnham's historic downtown on the corner of Main and Chapel Streets, the Ashburnham Community Church encompasses a wide range of Christian theological beliefs and worship styles. We are affiliated with the United Methodist and United Church of Christ denominations, but nearly half our members belong simply to The Ashburnham Community Church. We offer traditional worship at 10:30am, singing the hymns you know from childhood and following the liturgical style of worship. At 8:30 am, we offer a contemporary service which is both more casual, more spontaneous and varied in structure, and accompanied by more contemporary music such as folk or soft rock. Sunday School is between services at approximately 9:45am.
Wherever you may be on your spiritual path, at the Ashburnham Community Church you are welcome. Here you and your family will find a supportive Christian community offering friendship, fellowship, and a wealth of opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.
We want to strengthen each person's understanding, confidence and joy in the teachings of Jesus, so that they may be guided by those teachings throughout their life. We encourage personal and spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study and service in our church and community.
We invite you to visit and attend our church services and community events, perhaps to even become a member of our friendly and supportive congregation, and to allow God into your life through worship, prayer, and helping others through our community outreach efforts.
A coffee hour is held between services, and child care is provided during each service. Sunday School is currently available only during the traditional service.
